We run a membership bot platform for Telegram called "InviteMember" (hereinafter – "InviteMember Platform"). We refer to DEV WAY LTD (a company incorporated and existing under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus under the number HE 437821, with its registered address at 165, Spyrou Araouzou, Lordos Waterfront Court, Office 401, 3036 Limassol, Cyprus) as “InviteMember” or “we” throughout this Terms of Service.
Based on our general Terms of Service, we provide a service of payments and membership management for subscription businesses (“Our Client”) in Telegram and/or other platforms. Our services are offered to such business, and you see this page due to the fact that business you engaged with chosen us for management of payments of subscriptions.
We do not provide any services to third parties. For the purposes of this Terms of Service the term “Third Party” includes you and other individuals and/or legal entities – subscribers/clients/members of Our Clients.
We are not anyhow engaged in a service provided to you by Our Client and we take no responsibility for actions of Our Client. Our Terms of Service for Our Clients strictly prohibit any unethical business practices as well as violations of any local and international laws and regulations. We take a strict precocious and ensure ongoing monitoring of Our Clients services takes place on a regular basis, however we cannot at any point guarantee quality of the services you receive as well as that such services do not violate some of the laws or regulations in your country or country of Our Client. We
also cannot and have no technical capability to ensure that the services you were offered by Our Client are in fact the services you will receive. We have no control over the services that are being provided to you and by accepting this Terms of Service for third parties you confirm that you fully understand that we are not anyhow engage in provision of services to you and/or for you.
We urge you to use the reasonable standard of care when purchasing of any service on the internet and please note that the fact that someone has been using our service for payments and membership management does not constitute any reputational advantage or provides any guarantee whatsoever.
We also urge you to familiarise yourself with Terms and Conditions of the service you are planning to use by making a payment through Us to understand your rights and obligations with regards to such purchase.
Please note, that for the purposes of provision of services to Our Client we receive some of your personal data, including the following information: your name, email, last 4 digits of card you used for the transaction. We store this data securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By accepting this Terms of Service you confirm that you understand it and you realise that we do not provide any service to you. By accepting you hereby release, waive, and forever discharge us from any and all claims that you may have now or in the future against us arising from the transaction you are about to make. You also agree to indemnify us and hold us harmless from any loss, liability, or expense, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of any action taken by you with regards to
this transaction and/or with regards to service to be provided to you by Our Client.
However, we also would like to emphasise that in case you’ve face any fraudulent activity on a side of Our Client, we will be glad to hear from you through e-mail: support@invitemember.com as we do not tolerate any illegal or unethical activity of Our Clients and based on your report we will conduct our own investigation. If the accusation raised by you would be proven to be true we will terminate our services for such Our Client. Please note that the fact of investigation and its result will remain confidential and will not be shared with you or any third party unless prescribed by the applicable Laws.
